Where we ship
We ship worldwide with tracked courier services.
Delivery times and costs
- Italy: 2–4 business days · €5.90 (free over €60).
- European Union: 4–8 business days · €12.90 (free over €120).
- Rest of the world: 7–15 business days · €22.00.
- Orders shipped outside the EU may be subject to customs duties and local taxes, payable by the recipient.
Returns and right of withdrawal
- You have 14 days from delivery to return an unworn piece in its original packaging. Email ciao@balif.it to start a return.
- Return shipping costs are paid by the customer. Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving the return.
- Custom or made-to-order pieces cannot be returned.
Damaged items
If your piece arrives damaged, send us a photo within 48 hours of delivery and we will replace or refund it.
